My Child has a problem
 

Most concerns regarding your child’s welfare or education in school can normally be resolved speedily and informally by discussing the matter with your child's Class Teacher, Form Tutor or Head of Year - whoever is most appropriate.  Parents should contact the school, request a meeting with the most appropriate person and they will call you back to arrange a mutually convenient appointment within 24 hours of receiving your request.  Please note that this 24 hour time limit applies to working days only and does not include weekends, bank holidays or school holidays.

 

If you are unhappy with the response, please contact the Head Teacher via the school office and a mutually convenient appointment will be made for you to see him to discuss the matter further.
